The duties include: ● Involved Supervising in Installation, Erection, Testing commissioning & Conducting QA/QC surveys/works for MEP Systems like HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting and Fire Suppression● Attend all the technical meetings with Consultants and Client representatives. ● Review and submission of all technical document submittals for mechanical items.● Review and study the contract, project specification, local authority specifications performance specification & MEP design drawing (HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting) for a smooth consecutively and uninterruptedly Project.● Preparation & Finalize of all Mechanical systems BOQs (Bill of Quantities) based on the Tender / BOQ in compliance with project specification and system requirements.● Preparing MEP Method of statements, Operation & Maintenance manual, Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning documents & review planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules for the works going on site, and submitting them to the consultant for approval● Responsible for the standard execution & final acceptance results of all testing and commissioning activities & Compile commission report data for summarizing.● Preparation of MEP final dossier in each project and Interim Payment submission● Raising Request for Information (RFI), Technical query (TQ), Notification for Inspection (NFI), Inspection Test Plans, and Checklist & coordinating with QA/QC Mechanical for performing various tests on the site.● To collaborate with the cost control and planning department in preparing the daily progress reports.● Ensuring project execution according to all applicable health, safety, security and environmental (HSSE) standards.● Overview and Coordinate the subcontractor activities, technical issues, safety issues, site problems, material shortage, variations, administration & accounts related issues.
