Responsible for all ISL activities in Scotland. Main activity is the delivery of the NISP Scotland programme on behalf of the Scottish Government, using successful methodologies developed by ISL for the National Industrial Symbiosis Programme. In Scotland the effective use of NISP approach has is now diverting over 100,000 tonnes of material from landfill into added value uses.

Responsible for setting up new office, recruitment of staff, and delivery of the NISP Scotland programme on behalf of the Scottish Government using ISL systems and methodologies. In first year as NISP Scotland achieved over 45,000 tonnes of landfill diversion and exceeded all key programme targets.
