Santos Vargas is an equity partner at Davis & Santos, P.C. Santos represents individuals, financial institutions, business entities, trusts, and estates in a variety of complex business litigation, financial institution litigation, fiduciary litigation, trust litigation, and estate litigation matters.Santos practices in both state and federal courts, and has successfully tried several cases to verdict. Santos has served on the board of the San Antonio Bar Association since 2012, and currently serves as the President-Elect. Santos served on the board of the San Antonio Young Lawyers Association from 2006 through 2012, and held various positions, including President. Santos has served on the State Bar of Texas Local Bar Services Committee since 2012 and is currently the chair of that committee. Santos is also currently a member of the American Inns of Court.Santos has authored and co-authored multiple articles and given various presentations, including: (a) Fiduciary Duties & the Corporate Trustee (February 2018); (b) NAFTA: How It Has Affected Technology Transfer Between The United States, Canada, and Mexico, 2003 SYR.
