Showing leadership and setting sales expectations through all levels of employees in stores. Develop and implement hiring strategies to meet the store hiring goals prior to upcoming events. Hire employees and conduct proper operational paperwork for new hires and host orientation training for associates. Set sales/loyalty goals to each associate and monitor achievement of goal. Coach, Communicate, and Commit with all associates in all areas of the business. Train and develop sales team in all areas of job responsibility. Ensure that all visual directives are executed of seamlessly and within schedules timeframe and allotted payroll budget. Worked with Merchandising Manager to ensure all aspects of replenishment occur including; power closes, power opens and adjustments. Prepares floorset teams to prep merchandise for upper displays, bustforms, wall bays, wardrobers, and tables.
