Internet Governance Independent researcher at LAPIN/UNB with special focus in Multistakeholder processes and the management of the Domain Name System and coordinator of the Internet Governance research track.Lapin is a research group based at the University of Brasilia, with a research emphasis in Private Law and Internet, acting not only in the University but in the Supreme Court as amicus curiae.

- Responsible for reviewing bills of law regarding social matters subjected to the Presidential veto/approval. - Drafting of regulation to be issued by the Executive Office of the President and of opinions regarding the legal merit of laws, decrees and other normative acts. - Issuing legal opinion regarding matters related to the Brazilian Access to Information Act (LAI) and its Joint Commission for Revaluation of Information (CMRI). - Coordinator of an Exchange Program held by the Office of Legal Affairs of the Executive Office of the President of Brazil (SAJ/CC/PR) and the Office for Legislative Affairs of the Ministry of Justice (SAL/MJ) responsible for introducing the different structures and the normative development processes to undergraduate and graduate students from Brazil.
