Responsible for coordinating the storage, transportation and delivery of goods, Analyze and solve logistics problems in accordance with company policies and procedures. Manage the deliveries, packaging and portioning departments. Ensure all KPI’s are met on a monthly and daily basis. Ensure that spending is kept within budget assigned to each department. Maintain control over complaints of each department and make sure all staff is following proper standards of operation. Make sure all changes are implemented and maintain a steady streamline as not to disrupt the production and flow. Compile monthly reports for senior management and accounts. Maintain control over the petty cash for petrol and other items & make sure all daily deadlines are met.

Maintain the stores area in a neat and organized manner.Receipt & timely QA inspection of all incoming materials & reconciliation of the same with purchase orders (quantity & rate); processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, document, Track damages and discrepancies on purchase orders received, timely intimation to purchase & vendor regarding non-acceptable goods, ensuring replacement / debit to customer for the same. Issue materials, spares, consumables upon proper authorization through ERP, Maintain online inventory records in ERP, Review Safety stocks and Reorder points of part numbers and reports exceptions to Planning and Purchase, Ensure efficient stock rotation to minimize dead and outdated stock, Weekly/Annually inventories stock, maintains a perpetual inventory of stock on hand and requisitions stock as needed, Prepare track & operating reports as required, Prepare Annexure for sending material /tools / equipments outside factory for rework and repairs as required & ensure close looping of the same within specified time-frame through reconciliation, Prepare track and submit reports of damages, losses and shrinkage, Perform routine custodial duties and manages workmen in Stores area, Responsible for Job work follow up, GRN preparation, Process improvements and 5 S activities in Stores area.
