1. To liaise with Projects & Plant Operations team for ascertaining their requirements of goods (Hardware, Electrical, Lubricant, Stationery, first aid medicine, spare parts.) & services and Capital equipments to be procured at corporate level 2.To send RFQs against purchase indents to potential Vendors to get their offers and prepare comparative statements. 3. To negotiate prices & procurement/service contract terms with vendors/service providers 4. To place Purchase Orders on Vendors/Service Providers based on approval as per Procurement Policy 5. To follow up with vendors/service providers and ensure delivery of goods/services as per purchase orders/contractual terms 6. To monitor progress on order/contract execution and escalate to senior management by exceptions to ensure compliance as per management expectations 7.Vendor Development, 8.Rate Negotiation, 9.Develop vendor database across the locations, 10. Communicate with Store & site employees for material requisition, 11. Checked & pass invoices against credit or cash purchases.
