• Leading BMC Treks, Corporate Team outings in Bangalore & Western Ghats in Karnataka.• Conduct Adventure activities set-up like Rappelling, Rock Climbing, Rope Course, Valley Crossing , Obstacle Course ,Trekking etc.• Exploring new trek routes updating detailed schedule & itenery on the explored treks.• Scheduling adventure outings, treks and posting on the website.• Maintaining equipment inventory.• Preparing Corporate Outing Proposals.• Volunteer for Himalayan Treks.• Working pro-actively on participants feedbacks• To adhere to safety terms and policies of the company.• Helping in day to day office work when not out on the event.

• Promoting adventure sports activities from various backgrounds, corporations, NGO’s, Schools, Scouts & Guide groups, CBO’s, Clubs & associations etc.• Conducting training sessions involving skills necessary for conduction adventure activities like rappelling, rock climbing river & valley crossing, jummaring, rope course & obstacle course, trekking, camping etc.

• To manage all Adventure Based Activities and Team Building Activities for Corporate groups and Schools• Conduct Paintball War Game for all kinds of groups. (Above 10 yrs).• Store Management (Mountaineering Gears & Other Equipments).• Maintain Stock Registers as per auditor’s requirement.• To assist & guide junior instructors in bridging the gaps.• To assist store keeper in managing store & maintaining stock registers.• To design programs for school students like summer camp, survival camping.• Conduct events for NGO’s .

• To manage all Adventure Based Activities and Team Building Activities for Corporate groups and Schools.• To manage manpower for operations and maintenance & development work.• Timely training to junior staff on various topics related to Adventure Safety.• Physical training & yoga.• Camping & expedition around Sahyadri.
