I am currently working as a Quality Assurance Manager at Avon Flavours, a leading manufacturer and exporter of natural and synthetic food flavours.As a Quality Assurance Manager, I am responsible for microbial and chemical analysis of raw materials, intermediate products, and final products, as well as technical documentation, calibration, and certification. I also oversee the implementation of food safety standards, such as FSSC22000, HACCP, GMP, and GLP, and conduct internal and vendor audits. I have successfully identified and resolved quality issues, improved quality control processes, and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements. I have also contributed to the development and launch of new and innovative flavours, using my skills in food safety, microbiology, and quality assurance.
