Responsible for managing the CC Avenue payment gateway product for e-merchants, this role involves comprehensive engagement with merchants from the initial contact through to full integration and ongoing support. The primary focus is to understand and address the unique requirements of each merchant, providing expert knowledge of the product, and ensuring seamless customization and integration. The role demands close coordination with internal teams and offers extensive support to both national and international clients, aiming to enhance their transaction success rates and resolve any technical issues promptly.Key Responsibilities# Provide in-depth knowledge of the product and explore solutions to meet key merchant requirements. Raise technical requirements with the development team for any needed customizations.# Assist national and international clients with application-level queries. Coordinate with development, risk, finance, and operations teams to resolve issues raised by merchants. Create analysis reports for merchants.# Offer online and on-site assistance to merchants, helping them with the entire integration process across various programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, PHP, ASP.NET, Node.js), third-party shopping carts (WordPress, Magento, OpenCart), and mobile platforms (Android, iOS).# Monitor and analyze merchant transactions to improve the success ratio and troubleshoot issues. Analyze server logs to identify transaction failures and troubleshoot various error codes by decrypting server-level requests and responses in case of integration failures.# Assist merchants with pre-production and post-production queries.
