Ltd.Role: Project Manager – Testing/PMO• As a Project Manager-PMO for over 190 resources across different geography, keeping track of all the Business Requirement, Product Requirement and Test Cases in Application Life Cycle (ALM) Management.• Project Change Request (PCR) / Project Work Order (PWO) is prepared based on the discussion with client - identifying the Positions, Roles and Experience for each of the Positions and respective dollar values is assigned.• Post approval of PCR/PWO - Staffing (Regular/Contractor) allocation are identified and PPMC (Project and Portfolio Management Center) tool is maintained and project E2E status is also tracked.• Responsible for on-boarding of contracting resources - collating the technical requirements, sourcing with vendors/Resource Management Team (RMT), scheduling of interview and freezing requirement.• About 153 resources directly report to me. As Supervisor for all client related activities, below are the supervisory roles:  On-boarding, setting up of client Contractor ID (CEID) via workday tool and configuration of CEID and VPN or Pulse Secure via 2 factor authentication, Fuze – Collaboration Tool, ALM (Application Life Cycle Management) Tool and Qlikview. Approval/Renewal of requests for Applications Access/Systems/Service Accounts via UAM/IAM/Virtual SM SRPA Tools. Weekly status report are published and presented to client and internal leadership.• Single Point Of Contact for all client and internal Issues and Risks and tracked separately until closure.• The Program is further categorized into 4 sub-projects and each of these Projects Invoicing is done by tracking of resource time against the Project WBS.• Month end discuss/review with finance team and mapping of dollar value for each of the resource and later publish the entire data in the client SharePoint for client finance teams approval.

> As part of Application Maintenance managed end-to-end Research and Development Tower for Global Pharma client spanned across India Delivery Center, Germany, Switzerland and US, consisted of over 70 applications that comprise of GxP/Validated and nonGxP/non validated applications with various technologies with team size of 35. Took ownership right from Requirement gathering, Knowledge transfer, Demand, Capacity, Audit, Training management and also involved in enhancing existing new joiners on-boarding process.> Provided solution for Several Statement of Work were part of Data remediation using SQL and PL-SQL. Based on the business requirement PL-SQL statements were developed. I have actively participated in debugging and troubleshooting of the queries.> Worked across Service Delivery Lifecycle to analyze, design, build, test, implement and maintain multiple system components or applications for client and reporting to eight client service delivery managers.> Was SPOC from the project to provide status update to senior management and Industry Heads via Weekly and monthly reports. > As a lead of Marketing and Sales Tower was managing 6 Siebel Applications (7.8, 8.0, 8.1) and along with OBIEE, DAC and Informatica.> Initially part of the role in the project was to ensure that the resource utilization is over 90% and post my several discussions with client, 4 major releases has been managed successful from offshore and Implementation of Siebel upgrade from 7.8 to 8.1.1.10.> Initiated weekly team meetings on CIs and were able to successfully come up with 10 Continuous Improvements.> ATHENA Siebel CRM application which was pending since 6 months and business came back to be deployed in less than 2 weeks. 15 defect were identified by business and we fixed all of them and deployed successfully.> In 2 instances estimation was provided where the effort was greater than 5 man days.Proposed and rolled out 3 strike rule for reducing the Overall Ticket resolution time.> Conducting Alpha and Beta test on new product releases to learn new functionality prior to release deployment bugs and assisting other team members in diagnostic and reproduction of issues while assigning the issue to the team members> Maintaining and managing customer environments, recommending product maintenances while ensuring contracted support commitments are met, evaluating all nonstandard support commitments that are proposed.> Developing knowledge articles and responsible for reviewing the knowledge articles submitted by the team members as a Knowledge Management Coach.> Effectively escalating all decisions pertaining to legal/contractual matters to the higher management using appropriate channel> Handling regular status call with customers and account managers to understand the incidents and problems faced by the customers.

Generate Monthly Billing output for various projects, projects that are non-time based and also for billing adjustments.
