* Handling marketing, Sales, Business development & technical support to western region customers.* Identify and establish new business avenues in line with business model of the company as well as the Size and business potential of the client company.* Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the Organization's marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal.* Monitoring and reviewing the performance of sales teams of distributors to ensure targets are met* Responsible for monitoring sales levels & patterns on a weekly and monthly basis to identify and predict Annual sales.* Experience of territorial marketing, account management and client relations and retention.* Investigate the economic conditions surrounding the business activity such as industry trends & Competition.* Analyzing the market, including competitors and consumers.* Reporting to the General Manager Technical-Sales & Director of the company* Very reliable in projecting company’s image by understanding company’s goal and vision* Ability to maintain and sustain a sound relationship with key decision makers in the corporate world. * Adequately knowledgeable of company policies, marketing strategies, product designs and functions.* Manage each market segment from a centralized point of maximizing opportunities and penetration.* Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing/communications/public relations program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance.* Recommend short- and long-term Organization goals and objectives to the Executive Director.

Implementing new company marketing strategies and policies effectively* Directly involved in preparing new marketing plans and strategies which is utilized in achieving company’s goals* Increase company’s profit margin every year through a well-developed sales and product delivery * Participate in training programs for new marketing recruits* Handle customers’ complains, and educate them on company’s policies* Supervise clients’ database to ensure continuity in relationship between company and clients* Protect company‘s image by ensuring that quality control standard of product and service is adequately adhered to effectively.* Reporting to the Manager of the company.
