Key ResponsibilitiesBio-analytical method development and method validation using LC-MS/MS (API- 4000, API- 4000 Q-TRAP, HPLC)Metabolic profiling of in vitro and in vivo samples by using LC-MS/MS (API-4000, API- 4000 Q-TRAP) LC-MS/MS method development for Cassette analysis for PK study and Method development for CYP inhibition Assay, Plasma Protein Binding Assay, plasma stability, Permeability (CACO2), and also PAMPA Assay, METABOLIC STABILITY.Formulation analysis of NCE’s compounds)Sample processing in different matrix like (Plasma, Urine, Lungs, Skin, Blood, Heart, Colon Mucosa, Tissue’s and Brain) for Dog PK, Rat Pk, Mice Pk, Ferret Pk and also Human Plasma (plasma and urine).Revise SOPs as per need and maintain awareness of and adherence to all current SOPs.To maintain and calibrate equipments and instruments used in bio - analytical lab and documenting as per GLP.
