Handling the operation, implement the preventive maintenance plan and upkeep of engineering services, implement upgrade and replacement programmes for engineering systems and equipment, execute the energy consumption programme monitor HLP consumption on a daily basis, ensure that all the engineering maintenance activities/system adhere to the standard/efficiency/productivity levels that have been set, coordinate with hausekeeping​​ ,front office and other departments on preventive maintenance of rooms and other repair work, responsible for maintaining the physical plant and monitor the operating efficiency of the plant, follow-up job ,work order and make periodic audit checks of complete repair and maintenance work to ensure that the established standards have been set.
