As a Director of Engineering I was responsible for the end to end build and execution of our Inventory and Order management systems at Stitch Fix. Leading a team that spanned across 30+ engineers working across north america I delivered an open source Order Management platform that seamlessly executed subscription orders from scratch with built in integrations with our e-commerce and mobile applications.I played a significant role in creating the end to end system architecture including integrations with our upstream merchandizing and e-commerce systems and down stream customer service, financial engineering and payment systems.
