• Worked as a team member for the developing of Basic Engineering Design Data of LDPE Project.

• Worked in LDPE plant as a Field Engineer & Shift-Superintendent.Its Technology was Lupotech TS- High Pressure Tubular Reactor.Discharged Following Responsibilities In LDPE Plant RIL Vadodara:
• My responsibilities was to assist and guide Plant operations team for Safe and effective operations to achieve the production targets adhering to SOPs & SMPs and take up technological and operational challenges for.
• Lead role in effective implementation of Process Safety Management (based on Du-Pont methodology) in day to day activities in plant.
• Assisted multi-disciplinary teams on operational and maintenance trouble-shooting.
• Monitored Operational system behaviour for adverse trends to allow fast response to potential threats.
• Identified & implemented specific projects and plant changes to improve the safety, reliability, integrity, efficiency, operability and capacity of the Process systems.
