Job profile & my responsibilities: 1. Generating C O D (cash on delivery) invoice2. Coordinating with customers & Providing updating to the client regarding duty and tax’s 3. Down loading import invoices and putting tin numbers on the invoices for check post purpose 4. Export documents, invoices scanning and uploading in our own web site 5. Coordination with branches / vendors6. Courier and cargo shipment’s data entry 7. Finding BOE’S in site & dispatching to customers 8. performing inbound & out bond scan for Tirpur ,Karur & also Bangalore AFL loads 9. performing level 1, cargo scan for commercial & OBC load10. printing shipping documents (CSB) (for submitting to customs at the time of cargo clearance )11. World Ship & Non Revenue AWB generating & forwarding to destination 12. Performing ern (ett exception)13. Handling one junior data operator 14. Reporting to operation manager
