I was enrolled in Army Electronic mechanical Engineer on 30 Oct 1991 and have completed 28 years service in Army Master Tech In Small Arms/Armt (Retd in Army on 1st Nov 2019 for the Rank of Junior Commissioned Officer).Highly trained fluent and operator with sound knowledge on operation and Repair Maintain of heavy and small arms and arm equipment independently. Exposed to operating of equipment at various terrain and weather conditions as well as as supervised a work force of appx. 90 subordinates.Over 28 years of service in Operating Small Arms Armt eqpt in Army, skilled in Staff Development to meet individual organizational goal with very highly skilled operating of all modern Small Arms and Armt/Eqpt.Experienced at training and facilitating growth and development of individual well preservation & well exposed to the junior managerial activities.After Retirement I joined in Optic Electronic India Pvt. Ltd as a Manager Technical.
