Cx Consultant - Lead Logistics
CurrentWorking as a client lead focal for global key clients including Nike, Europris & Wilko Retail.Planner for export cargo movement, executing & monitoring the operations for both CFS/CY and FCL/LCL shipments to EMEA, APLA and GC regions.Adhering to the daily, weekly & monthly internal/external reporting to meet critical KPIs and GOI following customer SOP and specific IOP.Working on daily trackers, dashboards, inventory forecasting, carrier allocation and monthly estimates.Releasing approved plan with CFS/warehouse teams for timely container stuffing on planned schedules.In co-ordination with carrier offices for vessel schedules, booking confirmations and containers release on planned vessels sailing dates.Provision of proactive communications to clients and RPM teams for pre & post shipments ETD/ETA delays or any origin challenges with accurate visibility for control on cargo dwell time and CPT.Exceptions handling via case management. Identifying issues and ensure to get it timely resolved within SLA time to avoid any further escalations.Building strong relationships with client destination teams, regional program manager teams to gain an understanding of customer expectations, business, and service needs.
