CurrentAsset Manager -IDBI Bank Ltd, Renukoot, Uttar Pradesh Assess customer’s business and/or transaction structure through the analysis of business, transactional, market and credit risks associated with the provision of the Bank’s products and services to the customer Coordinates with the information provided by the documents with the information obtained in the application (e.g., income, assets and liabilities). Obtain all information deemed necessary to process the request in timely manner, including but not only limited to credit reports, income verifications, appraisals, lien search etc. Prepare well- reasoned & succinct credit proposals highlighting key risks and mitigants to enable decision making Work closely in collaboration with colleagues within Wholesale Credit sanctioning and Business teams and ensure credit proposals are complete in terms of information and relevance so as to enable Credit Sanctioning teams to make timely and informed decisions Proactively manage the risk of the designated portfolio by periodic review, monitoring trends in key credit aspects and take immediate corrective action on breaches or downturn in quality by taking up with client/Coverage/Risk Sanctioning teams. Functions mostly independently and resolve more complex loan processing/documentation issues. Responsible to regulatory participate in activities in connect with mortgage sales, including but not limited to attend closing open houses, and/or conduct seminars/trainings and other lead generating activities, Transportation and Customer Analysis.
