 Manage implementation and execution of major Human Resources processes i.e. annual performance management, compensation and salary administration, annual promotions, Performance Improvement Plan and Grievance etc. according to geographic/entity guidelines. Educate and advice executives on HR policies ensure compliance to the company’s policies. Manage the termination process by coordinating discussions, ensuring appropriate documentation, conducting/coordinating exit interviews, and elevating and/or addressing any resulting issues Emphasis on observing timelines, accurate response to queries, understanding HR policies for nominations, reporting and analysis of budgets utilized and encourage participation in recognition initiatives. Execution of engagement surveys, result analysis and result based action planning for business units. Provide guidance to management on a variety of matters including absence, poor performance, managed terminations, disciplinary and grievance matters, flexible working arrangements, advising on legal framework, etc.
