In charge of clinkerization process reporting to Production Head. I was made responsible for commissioning of new clinkerization unit (Capacity of Kiln: 7000 TPD) at ACC Chanda Cement Works. Actively involved in study & implementation of various projects within ACC Kymore Cement Works like Coal Mill inertization, installation of Tertiary Crusher resulting.

Worked as a Commission Expert in new clinkerization units. Following plants were commissioned:1. ACC Chaibasa Cement Works, Jharkhand, India (Capaicty: 1.2 MTPA, designed by FLS, Denmark)2. Qasim Cement Company (KSA), Suadi Araibia (Capacity: 1.3 MTPA, designed by RHI, Japan)3. Obajana Cement Plant, Kogi State, Nigeria (Capacity: 1.8 MTPA, designed by FLS)

Worked in the pyro process team & was trained in plant commissioning. During the tensure was active member of the commissioning of following plants:1. ACC New Wadi Plant (Capacity: 2.4 MTPA; rated capacity of 1.8 MTPA the same was enhanced to 2.4 MTPA, now the same has been upgraded for production of 3.6 MTPA, Worlds biggest clinkering unit)2. In July 1980, joined as Graduate trainee burner. In the beginning, started Kiln CCR operation & during this period attended various training for clinker optimization techniques & upcoming technology (like for coolers, DCS upgradation etc.)In 1988, deputed to Yanbu Cement Company as a shift supervisor for 2.5 yearsIn 1993, was part of Kiln -1 Comissioning.
