Controlling Proactive Maintenance Center of SEACOM submarine cable Network Operation Center(NOC), includes Proactive network monitoring with Quality, Technical Assistance Center and Manages Network build and upgrade project involving Vendor and supplier management. Managing customer service delivery and implementation team. Ensuring Process adherence for each domain i.e. Service Assurance, Service Delivery, Service desk, Network Projects and Cable landing station management. Lead in wet plant cable repair task as per specific region requirement and geography. SLA adherence with supplier and vendor's as per supply contract.

Part of RGCOM Network Planning and Engineering team. Manages Network new built and upgrade projects as per assiged timelines. Executing overall project management taskand deal with RGCOM team during project implementaion based in different Geography.

Started with Gateway Digital Switch(GDS) and International Transmission & Maintenance Center(ITMC) of VSNL and worked with Voice Switch, PDH/SDH and DWDM Equipments. Which involves Installation and commissioning, testing( AT) and O&M. Was part of SMW4 sub-marine cable I&C and cable laying. Represented submarine cable consortium capacity admin & restoration and lead in setting up a dedicated restoration team.
