Job Responsibilities- • Design layout with respect to function, tolerance, and stability and material selection, to fulfill the requirement of product specification. • Designing battery plate grids, packing box, screen print and carton artwork of battery• Worked on battery power performance calculation, battery configuration study.• Design of small casting parts and development of its mould for battery manufacturing• Preparing BOM of product, DFMEA, 5M Analysis.• Estimate time, costs, and requirements of product development projects.• Creation of component specification for Quality inspection.• Coordinating with the process engineer to set the process parameter of the machines.• Preparing product Datasheet for representing product in market.• Design and development of Jigs & fixture required for battery manufacturing process• New machine selection, finalize location, proving utility lines.• Machinery commissioning and first completing first check off for machine• Worked on Quality department.(QA& QC)• Worked on Management Representative (MR) for the purpose of quality management system.• Maintain all document and record (DCR, ECO)• Existing product cost reduction project•
