• Understand user stories and business requirements to assist in developing applications• Discuss and understand the various functions of the application with project team members, and provide input for improvising the functionality• Engage in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by gathering information for designing test cases, executing manual testing, code reviewing, troubleshooting and documenting errors throughout SDLC, and ensuring the application meets business and functional requirements before deployment• Document defects of application in Jira and ALM, collaborate with developers to debug the technical issue, and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the developed application is functioning correctly before release• Continuously monitor and track errors in the application using Splunk and Oracle database, and provide feedback on application design and performance to developers
