Business Partner:• Partner with Senior Leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business.• Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.• Provide timely information and/or education for all levels of the company on HR issues.• Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.• Educate team members on compensation practices, including compensation, performance feedback, performance calibration, and career transitions.ERP Implementation:• Develop strategies and procedures for an efficient ERP rollout.• Manages projects of all sizes and scope.• Full-life cycle Implementations• Develop clear and detailed plans in Consultation with the Leadership Team / Process Owners.• Adopt in scope management, risk management, Budget management.• Plan and deliver the project in accordance with project plan• Design test plans, execute test scenarios, validate test data, and document test resultsCompensation & Benefits:• Implementing, Controlling and Monitoring Compensation Policy & Total Rewards Framework• Implementation of Related processes compensation for all Bonus/ Performance Pay Plans within the Statutory Framework.• Responsible for the delivery of Compensation-related processes.• Develop and execute implementation/communication strategies for any plan changes and other benefits initiatives.• Developing compensation and rewards strategies that attract and retain talent• Performing salary reviews based on market and sector-specific benchmarking to ensure competitiveness• Overseeing and periodically reviewing the administration of benefits Payroll Delivery:• Payroll Delivery for - India, Middle East, SE Asia Countries.• Statutory Compliance• Employee Life Cycle Management
