•Mining resume of the IT consultants, searching SAP consultants from different job portals,calling to the IT US consultants.•Search for resumes and assess the candidates’ technical skills according to the client’s requirement. •Create and maintain job postings on external job board websites.•Maintain responsibility for entry, maintenance, and integrity of data.•Understand the technologies with respect to the current opportunities offered by the client. •Preparation of Various reports and presentation with the help of Ms Excel on daily, weekly & monthly basis.• Provide presentation support for reports to Sr. Management when & where required
