About Santosh Thapa

I started my hospitality industry from 2016 as a waiter from Emirates grand hotel Dubai.Then I moved to Dukes The Palm Dubai as a head waiter then Malta Marriott as a chef de rang and now I am in Portugal working with NAU hospitality.In this time phase I achieve experience in different types of service like fine dining,bartending,all day dining.I participate in HACCP training,whiskey and cigars training,fish fillet training in front of the guest,wine testing.
