• Delivery of MQSubscribe (Magnaquest’s BSS) and MQNSure (Magnaquest’s OSS) to the Clients to their complete satisfaction by ensuring all business requirements of the Clients’ are mapped to the product
• Scoping, efforting, and budgeting of the implementation
• Converting the work flows into the tangible requirements and collaborating with the solutions and architecture teams in identifying the gaps and finding out the best suited work around for the identified gaps
• Heading the Implementation Engineers and helping them in understanding the Customer requirements and map those to the product through Configurations or Customizations
• Customers Account Management activities like, keeping the Customer informed about the latest development in the product, encouraging the Customers for the newer versions of the product by showcasing the product features
• Continues Customer follow-up to find out the Customer’s satisfaction with the Product, Delivery Team and Company in whole

• Scope Management, Risk Management, Time Management, Integration Management, Communication Management and Stakeholder Management
• Delivering the project plan to scope, time and budget by tracking all activities against planed
• Heading the Development Team and in day to day development activities and monitoring the activities and keeping a check on possible impediments that may affect the project execution
• Monitor and mentor the team, delegate the work through to the appropriate people through proper means
