The gate oxide that we are using includes Y2O3 and HfO2. We are Using RF sputter to deposit IGZO and Gate oxide. For forming electrode contact we are using Mo sputtered by DC sputter. It is Bottom gate geometry and Wet etching process. -

Electrical characterization of commercially fabricated device we used for characterization. On our part, we design the gate stack for memory application.
