HR professional with more than 25 years of experience in HR function, presently working with a Maharatna PSU taking care of Industrial Relations and Policy at Corporate Office New Delhi . During these years in BHEL :- Implemented and institutionalised on-line Performance Management System for 12000 executives in BHEL- Handled more than 30 Trade Unions and three Union Elections, implemented and institutionalized the bi-partite fora in the manufacturing unit having 8000 employees- as CII Certified TQ Assessor implemented TQ initiatives and our organsiation (HEEP, BHEL, Haridwar) won the CII-Exim Award in the year 2006- Successfully conducted all India Recruitment of Engineer / Executive Trainee for BHEL in which for the first time candidates appllied on-line. Additionally conducted three challenging local recruitment of Artisans for the Haridwar Manufacturing Plant.- As Core Team Member , mapped the processes , developed Business Blue- Prints, testing of the Processes, End-User Training and go-live and the implementation of SAP-HR & Payroll for 46000 employees of BHEL. Was first point of contact for 22000 ESS Users across BHEL. During the process implemented Change Management successfully.Presently looking for an opportunity where , with my experience , I can help other organsiations to align their Human Resource function as their strategic and business partner.
