Key Responsibility Areas:- Searched qualified Consultants from ATS/Monster.com/ Dice .com.- Using CEIPAL, Monster, Dice, internal database as well as references and third parties for getting the right candidates for the requirements.- Sourced, screened, filtered resumes, checked references, interviewed and placed technical candidates with various clients (end-clients as well as other third party consulting companies)- Arranged telephone and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate's technical abilities, professionalism and communication skills, which ensured the presentation of well-rounded qualified candidates- Negotiated salaries, extended offers, explained benefits and oversaw all pre-employment paperwork.- Worked closely with and negotiated contracts with Vendors, Search and staffing agencies.- Responsible for signing the contracts with Consultant and with Vendors.- Managing complete recruitment process from requisition initiation to final acceptance of offer.
