Accurate Measurement Criteria—An accurate performance measurement will always give you clear answers to the following questions: How well are we meeting our stated goals and objectives? Are our customers satisfied? And what sort of improvements do we need to make? Moreover, an accurate performance measurement mandates the right balance between Lead and Lag indicators.
