Santosh has 10+ years of experience in multiple domains from leading Technology implementation, streamlining Operations, Designing and executing Open Innovation programs & Hackathons.Santosh is the Co-founder and COO at Where U Elevate a ‘Full-Stack Talent Management Platform for Innovative Organization’.Where U Elevate is enabling organizations to achieve breakthrough innovation with future ready tech talent and tier-2, tier-3 cities' talent to innovate faster and land the right opportunity.Santosh is also the Co-founder of Internity Foundation, a non-profit organization working to bridge the gap between the Campus and Corporate by enabling students to become change ready.He has vast and hands-on industry experience as a Data scientist working on various technologies including Data Science, AI, Machine Learning, Predictive Modeling, Data Analytics, MLOps, Cloud and DevOps to solve challenging business problems and create new scalable solutions for business problems by analysis of large data.He has managed large and complex analytical projects from data exploration, model building, performance evaluation and has interacted with internal, external peers and shared highly complex information related to areas of expertise and/or to gain acceptance of new or enhanced technology / business solutions.He is working to build data-driven structures in Where U Elevate operations.
