CurrentProject: Implementation and Post production support of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Oracle Learning Cloud.Role: Functional ConsultantThis project involved End to End implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Oracle Learning Cloud From Legacy System; TBE & Learn respectively and building standard reports for HR, Talent Acquisition and Compliance team. As an Onsite Functional consultant during the implementation my responsibilities were, below but not limited to:Perform Fit gap analysis, providing existing customization, and proposed upgrade plan with the feasibility of migrating the system to Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC) and Develop Data Migration and designed the Data mapping to move the data from legacy system (Taleo Recruit and Taleo Learn) to current Oracle Cloud System. Supporting Compliance and Talent Acquisition Team with any user issues, Train end-users to create training manuals and walk-through presentations. Studying the impact analysis every time there is a new release every quarter, making sure to update the system so that there is no impact on the functionality. Log, view, access, monitor, follow up and close Service Requests (SR) online -Oracle Metalink and Oracle Applications Patch Management.Projects: Fusion HCM Talent Management Implementation and Providing Production SupportRole: Functional Consultant This projects is to fully automate the Performance process and provides executives, managers, and employees with valuable and immediate insight to workforce performance progression and its alignment with organizational objectives. My responsibilities as a part of team to configure and maintain the Oracle Fusion Talent Management including Goal Management and Performance Management that includes: Goal Management.
