As a platform of 154 civil society organisations spread in 8 countries across South Asia, it acts as a interface for policy dialogues, knowledge exchange and capacity building. My role in the network is to support and empower civil society organisations to influence the design and development of an effective strategy to impleement Paris Agreement, Sendai Framework on Disaster Risk Reduction and Susainable Development Goals. Besides I work closely with sub national governments, state nodal agencies and research institutions to remove the barriers of implementaion of climate action plan.I represent CAN South Asia in multiple forums such as COP, Adaptation Forum and other conferences as well as workshops.
