I have co-founded Knowledge Horizon E-Learning Pvt. Ltd.(www.KnowledgeHorizonIndia.com), the Indian operations of a Dubai-based global knowledge organisation called Knowledge Horizon Ltd. (www.knowledgehorizon.com) in 2006; This entity was awarded by DNV as an ISO 9001:2008 Company in 2008 for the production of e-learning courseware (ILT, CBT, WBT materials, and LMS) and providing knowledge (KPO) services. Since then we have been providing customized learning and training solutions to the L&D departments of companies such as Electrolux (India, APAC & MENA), ITC, ICICI Lombard, Indian Oil, TVS Credit, HCL, ITM University, Ambuja Cement, Jordan IFFCO, Emaratech, Khalifa Fund, Thermax, Monster, National Film Development Corporation (for the Ministry of Rural Development, Govt. of India) Tata Interactive Systems, Pearson, NextEducation, Wiley, Mankind, Abbott, Al Fahim Group, Aldar Group, Aramco, TransAD (Abu Dhabi Taxi), Union National Bank, Emirates Post, Omn Insurance, Emmar Properties, Dubai Tourism, and many more. Under my leadership, we have successfully developed customised Instructor-led Training (ILT) materials (>2,500 hours) of training and Customised E-Learning materials (>1500 hrs) for clients.I successfully managed the outsourced project of assignment assessment services, by the University of Cambridge International Examinations, the UK for 2 initial years for the students of Cambridge International Diploma in Management from Indian Operations. I have accomplished consulting assignments for companies like Juma Al Majid Group, (UAE), Khalifa Fund (UAE) and JIFCO (Jordan). I took the initiative during 2008-2012 to create off-the-shelf soft-skill and business skills courses in the name of Training Time, Animated Business Concepts, Youth Leadership Programmes and Employability Skill Program. I was also instrumental in designing the framework of the Learning Management Systems and rapid authoring tool.

As part of his association at Knowledge Horizon Ltd., Dubai (the leading training provider in the Middle East), I have worked closely with prestigious institutions such as the University of Cambridge International Examinations, UK and Warwick Business School, UK. I led the e-Learning function as Product Manager for one year and later continued as Operations Manager where not only got an opportunity to manage production but also the client’s expectations. During his tenure, I managed clients like the Department of Civil Aviation, Dubai, the Department of Tourism & Commerce Marketing (DTCM), and many more such clients during this tenure.
