EQUINIX Data Center , ALC ASX Data Center • Provide day to day network and systems support in Data centers & customer offices• Provide remote support to customers• Logistics support, Rack & Stack devices•Providing first line assistance support to staff and clients via phone, email and remote-control service.• Providing technical support to internal and external stakeholder.• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, printers, networking devices and other terminals.• Logging all incidents precisely in company internal ticketing system as well as communicating time frame with customers to ensure customer satisfaction. • Used discretion in prioritizing tasks and completing ad hoc duties as assigned by the Service and Support Manager within the time frame. • Accessed servers and active directory and monitored routine internal maintenance e- tasks related to backup and software updates.• Ensuring security of data, network access and backup system.• Troubleshooting issue thoroughly and gather relevant information before escalating.• Managing users accounts and Active Directory by performing basic administration tasks such as password resets, account creation/ deletion by maintaining company’s standards and procedure.• Identifying and escalating more complex problems or urgent situation to Senior team members. • Successfully resolved trouble tickets with high customer satisfaction.
