I have eclectic experience in business planning in Japanese market, career change, career progression for high stake jobs, and training/teaching as well as research/scholarship. I have completed my doctoral Journey at XLRI, Jamshedpur. And I use my versatile competencies like a swiss knife in problem solving in organizational and career context. In my previous job I have taught at IBS business school, Pune, ( Entrepreneurship development, Organization behavior and HR). I was instrumental in starting and developing their E-cell, with successful student startups. I have diverse experience on board with my work in leading firms like Capital Servicing (Japan), Citigroup (Japan and India), Polaris (India), and Softenger (India). I have rich hands on experience in startups business planning & mentoring. I have participated in Japan Market Entry Competition (JMEC) and mentored winning team for JMEC-15.I enjoy teaching & learning. I feel teaching is at the heart of my total persona. I have taught MBA students, designed and conducted workshops for faculties and taught professionals. My current interests includes Calling/Vocations in Organizational Behavior, Career progression, Positive organizational scholarship. Particularly I am interested in how do individual find, develop and nurture one's unlimited potential at workplace and beyond. How do work shape us as human?
