I have eclectic experience in business planning in Japanese market, career change, career progression for high stake jobs, and training/teaching as well as research/scholarship. I have completed my doctoral Journey at XLRI, Jamshedpur. And I use my versatile competencies like a swiss knife in problem solving in organizational and career context. In my previous job I have taught at IBS business school, Pune, ( Entrepreneurship development, Organization behavior and HR). I was instrumental in starting and developing their E-cell, with successful student startups.
