Role and Responsibilities A dedicated HR professional with strong into technical recruitment, have the capability to work on niche requirements and at the same time adaptable to generic requirements.➢ Involved in End to End Recruitment hiring for different technologies.➢ Have exposure working for both Service based and product based organizations.➢ Skillful in Client Relationship, Recruitment, Training, Sourcing, Screening, Negotiation, Co-ordination.➢ Strong business acumen and proficiency in assessing and resolving client needs.➢ Responsible for hiring Perm & Contract staff.➢ Worked on different domain requirements and sourcing of candidates at all levels through various recruitment sources like Job Portals, vendor associations, employee references, networking, etc.➢ Interacting with the Delivery and hiring Managers for understanding the technology and the Requirements to fulfill.➢ Streamlining and implementing recruitment processes for optimizing the time to fill a position in a cost effective manner.➢ Exposure towards arranging mass weekend and weekdays walk-in drives.➢ Proficiency in MS Office programs and tools (Word, Outlook, Excel), Applicant Tracking Systems- Talent OJO (ATS).➢ Coordinating with the delivery to schedule technical interviews for the shortlisted candidates with the project leader followed by Project manager round of interview if cleared.➢ Managing pre-hire process including the offer negotiations, offer letter preparation, follow up with candidates for their resignation till Onboarding the resources.➢ Hands on experience working on Job Portals (viz. Naukri.com, Monster.com, Times Jobs Etc.).➢ Have exposure towards working other source of channels like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Referrals etc.➢ Preparation of Weekly, Monthly, and yearly report relating to number of interviews happened Offer Made and Candidates Joined.
