I am a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer , having 7 years 6 months industrial experiences on Mechanical platform . I have worked as maintenance engineer at ETP & RO plant in IOCL Refinery PARADEEP site, have completed PGTR with periods of 30 days on ETP and RO process. Also i have worked as mechanical engineer at STP project in Cuttack under OWSSB. In there i have handle 30 manpower to achieve my target within the certain periods. i have the following skills:-• Executive team leadership.• Good relationship with client/vendor.• Guiding technicians for mechanical maintenance.• Proper man power handling.• Co-ordination between operation and maintenance department.• Reports making & Keeping record of day to day Utility, Maintenance work and Project work.• As per ISO requirements maintain all documents of preventive and breakdown maintenance.• Handling and maintaining equipment like horizontal centrifugal pump, vertically centrifugal pump, submersible pump, Compressor, Blower, ID FAN, FD FAN, Dosing pump, Screw pump, centrifuge, gear box, Clarifiers etc.• Commissioning E.O.T crane (capacity 3T), clarifiers, and Sedimentation tank.• Mechanical seal servicing, installing, trouble shooting.Presently i am working as a plant in charge of WTP renovation job at Kolkata under Bhatpara municipality. I have good knowledge on RO , ETP ,STP & WTP so obviously i have interest to work in process plant like this but also i worked as a mechanical service engineer in Mechanical seal company for 1 years. presently i search a better opportunity so that i can growth my experience as well as my skills.thank you.
