 Receiving Raw & Packaging material from supplier and check & confirm the physical against the documents & entering in SAP system and track and forward LPR and LPOs for clearing agents Coordinate with suppliers delivery  Issuance of all materials physically & in the System to the plant for production Receiving finished goods physically and making GRN in SAP System Store all RM/PM and FG in warehouse as per WMS system Coordinate the follow ups regarding the suppliers’ deliveries, clearing ports and borders, municipality and main supplier issues for concentrate, raw material Compile information, login, track and forward LPRs and LPOs and keep records to draw up purchase orders for materials and services. Prepare shipping documents for clearance and track of import shipments  Updating sales, inventory and product details of local and imported brands and constant follow ups with warehouse. Reconciling actual inventory received with inventory ordered and ensuring effective stock movement. Loading for outbound shipment as per Delivery Order and do the Post Goods Issue (PGI) in SAP system• Preparing purchasing documents and deliver order for export shipment.• Mail copy of the purchase order to the requesting department. File all the purchase orders in a systematic way.
