I'm working with one of leading Facilities Management Company in Ireland, • My duty and responsibilities to service, maintenance and trouble shooting HVAC, Chillers, FCU, AHU, cooling, heating, refrigeration systems, plumbing, extract fan motors, VRF, BMS , electrical and electronics components in residential, commercial, data center, pharmaceutical buildings. • Carry out PPM, re-active, on call jobs and completion reports in PDA apps. Follow-up and daily communication of service issues and resolutions with company help-desk, client and managements.

• Responsible for commercial and residential building maintenance services inc ects luding projinspection, resolved work problems in HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, painting, windows and doors.• Provide facility management for overall and completed facility maintenance, internally and externally for the entire property Electro Mechanical, carpentry and floor roof covering systems.• Managing of employees directly through supervisors, foreman to ensure effective selection, retention, development, disciplinary action and performance management.• Work with realtors, internal legal department, external legal counsel and operations management to get negotiated lease and contracts.

• Installation of refrigeration and air-conditioning components such as copper pipe drain line, measurement, cutting, connecting, brazing welding, leak testing and commissioning. • Subcontrator for installation and commissioning window, split, package , air cooled and water cooled chiller brand of York, Voltas, Whirlpool, McQuay, Carrier, Sanyo, Hitachi etc.• Construction new projects, deal with clints, leasing and administration for facility management for renovation, remodeling house building.

• Responsibile for drwaing, designe, Installation and operation the central, package, split, window Air-conditioning units. handle electrical and mechanical works. Maintain AMC contracts for Hotel buildings.• Handling all kinds of Electrical, Plumbing, painting maintenance and repairing works residential and commercial building • Installation, commissioning, maintaining. modify and repair wide variety of HVAC systems in new projects and supervise eight skilled technicians.

• Responsibile to operation, maintenance & troubleshooting York chillers, FCU units, cooling tower, chilled water systems, cold stores, freezing and incubation rooms.• Troubleshooting & maintenance Ammonia plant compressors, preventive maintenance and overhauling all the chillers units.• Supervise display coolers and cooling van technicians, record blue books, prepare work orders and follow up completed jobs.

• Responsibile for troubleshooting refrigerated truck cooling units, display coolers, vending machines and chillers. Operation in plant ammonia compressors, generator and boilers.• Service and repair gas furnace, Heating, ventilation air Conditioning unit, electrical, plumbing, partition, painting, drywall fixing, roof repairing and furniture’s etc.• Supervise technicians, maintain service record, strictly control equipments, spare parts, times and tools costing.

• Fabrication, Installation and operation Ammonia plant (Gram compressor), pipeline, electrical panel board, Ice bank, cold stores, cooling tower, air compressor, boiler and generator.• Responsible for troubleshooting & repair milk truck A/c units, milk reserve tank chilling plant, air handling unit, dehumidifier, package, split window HVAC units.

• Responsible to operation and maintenance of Ammonia plant (SABROE Compressors), cooling tower, freezing and cold room, water treatment plant, generator and boiler. • Service and repair electro mechanical equipment’s, control board, refrigerated van, deep freezer, room heater, air-conditioning units. Log book, spare parts, store keeping and time sheet maintain.
