People always said I was "hail-fellow-well-met". I never understood it until I entered college in 2014 when I actually thought to Google it after my professor mentioned it to describe a Shakespearean Character. Yes, you guessed right, I’m an English Literature graduate. Now, an English major who was repeatedly told that she’s a people person. So, I listened! Today, holding an MBA in Human Resources, I became a part of the most noteworthy function of an organization, HR Operations. Strange right, how somebody so engrossed in poetry, prose, and drama entered the corporate world specifically an analytical space of administration. Well, it goes interesting from here! Wait for it...! ;) With communication as key, cultural sensitivity as my foundation, and writing as my second love. I began my Corporate journey in 2017. Touching down on 5th year as a working professional, I have been experimenting, learning, and trying to find a shoe that perfectly fits. Human Resources wasn’t just a random pick, it all started in college. Heading the placement cell, and then yearning to deliver induction from the very first job. Training in the next, and creating processes thereafter. One after the other, the ladder pushed me toward my destination, HUMAN RESOURCES. Processes, policies, compliance, data analysis, and numbers became my first love and as I acquire & and absorb the HR function, I can very well say that be it People strategy, Client Servicing, Team Leading and managing or Training Needs Analysis, Quality Assurance, Strategic Process Improvements or working with Stakeholders I’ve been mastering every skill day in and day out. Because I believe, we are not beginners forever, but we never stop learning! With that said, thanks for the time you spent going through my career byte.
