With over 12 years of experience as a communications professional, I have experienced both the worlds; working for a brand as an advertising specialist and working with one as a marketer, responsible for building brand image and resonating with relevant customers.Having worked with some of the major brands like Hyundai, Dr. Oetker- Fun Foods, and Aviva Life Insurance, it has given me the opportunity to widen my horizons and learn & experience different aspects of mainline and digital marketing. Seen as a passionate individual, team player, quick learner, and with an eye for details, I have worked on major product launches in automotive, insurance and FMCG industry whilst also being actively involved in celebrity management. I strongly believe that a creative strategy needs to align not only with consumer insight but also with brand positioning for it to be a success. At Aviva, I am responsible for Brand Building, Brand Strategy, Media planning alongside media agency, campaign management, social media management, content creation and innovative ways to promote the brand on different mediums while liaising with the advertising agency.For IKEA, I am managing the CRM business in close collaboration with IKEA’s Customer Engagement & Loyalty team. Designing strategies while liaising with strategic planner and data analyst to constantly achievethe set KPIs and look at avenues to grow the acquisition and retain the loyalty database.
