Managing all the programs of both the incubators of Gujarat University; including sensitization, capacity building programs, etc and leading all the initiatives for women, school students, etc.

Associated with Institute Innovation Council (IIC) of Gujarat University. A network of these IICs will be established to promote innovation in the Institution through multitudinous modes leading to an innovation promotion eco-system in the campuses by AICTE under Ministry of Education.

The VSCIC is envisaged as a platform to institutionalize efforts of the Gujarat University Startup and Entrepreneurship Council (GUSEC) and UNICEF office of Gujarat to identify, nurture and promote innovations by children.

The Regional Mentor of Change takes care of all the mentors of the state in order to support them in their mentoring journey along with takes the key initiatives for the betterment of the program which ultimately helps the community.

The Mentor India program is a voluntary national movement being led by AIM, wherein skilled professionals provide pro-bono mentoring to young ATL innovators, with a strong sentiment towards nation building.These skilled volunteers, who are called the ‘Mentors of Change’ spend time on-ground with ATL students, who are the young innovators of India and enable them to experience, learn and practice 21st century skills such as human centric design approach, computational thinking, physical computing etc.They work with a vision to give back to the country, and play a significant role in building a new India – one which pioneers in technology and innovations and emerges as a world leaderATLs are non-prescriptive by nature, and mentors are expected to be enablers rather than instructors.

A Youtube Channel where content is focused on technology, STEAM education, electronics, etc. in Indian language preferably in Hindi.

Facilitate stakeholders on Latest Technologies like Robotics, IoT, 3D Printing, etc. and developing 21st-Century Skills among them.1) Manage an Innovation Van named "Mobile Think Big Space", a mobile lab that contains DIY kits, Sensors, 3D printers, etc.2) Work effectively as a team member and across corporate events.3) Prepare reports, update trackers to showcase the achieved targets set for the program in set time duration, to maintain the client and stakeholders' satisfaction.

Served as a Role Model and Mentor stakeholders especially teachers and students about the program.> Developed projects for the organisation and for the clients as per the requirement based on the technologies.> Conducted Zonal & Co-ordinated in the National level events for the organisation.> Developed training content on STEAM and related concepts for the stakeholders.> Worked as a Team Leader and prioritised the workflow and training on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.
