I am in charge of making sure the team is following Scrum methodology.Reviewing the teams performance after every sprint ends.Making changes if necessary to the teams development style and rules.Following agile development process, I ensure teams velocity remains to the max and delivery remains on time, without sacrificing their comfort and ease of development.Analysis of every sprint before it begins is a big part of scrum. I make note of the teams feedback and let them take the lead of their respective role, on the way I make suggestion to help them win any obstacles.I believe in open communication is the best way for a team to collaborate.Also I ensure everyday's standup/syncup.

Its making a difference in the Telco market, competing head to head with other products. My job is to make sure iOS users will use the Skitto app without any hassle.
