- Creating and developing marketing strategies for over 30 productions per annum, in line with agreed goals and objectives.- Presenting strategies to stakeholders and securing budget agreements.- Managing the implementation of highly successful marketing campaigns including research and idea generation; writing coherent and accurate marketing copy; executing e-mail marketing campaigns; writing content for and managing the theatre's website.- Media planning and media buying across a range of formats including OOH, DOOH, print, radio, television and digital media; negotiating and maintaining rates across these formats.- Creating ad copy across these formats in conjunction with the relevant production’s design team.- Commissioning the production of in-house marketing materials, including season programmes, in-house programmes for events, and branded signage.- Working with the PR team to ensure that advertising and PR activity works together to achieve overall marketing objectives.- Assisting with photocalls, press days, launch events; European and U.K. press trips on behalf of the theatre.- Managing financial budgets in line with producer targets and implementing new budget templates to streamline business processes.- Working with UK producers and marketing teams including Disney Theatrical Group, Cameron Mackintosh Ltd, Bill Kenwright Ltd and others to maintain brand consistency and achieve agreed objectives.- Developing partnerships across national and local radio stations, print media, media websites and related businesses in the market, and ensuring compliance with media partnership agreements.- Managing and supporting junior team members; providing education and training on SOPs and Best Practices.- Developing and maintaining key relationships with media, both editorial and advertising staff.- Understanding the workings of the national print, broadcast and digital media; identifying publicity opportunities for upcoming shows and the venue's brand.
