• Core Responsibilities:
• Develops off-trade channel marketing programs in line with IAPs targeted to sub channels – TOFT and MOFT, and beer product categories to increase brand awareness, grow & sales
• Development of multi touchpoint shopper marketing initiatives and campaigns based on shopper insight and strong understanding of channel strategy.
• Working closely with the sales and beer brand marketing team to ensure that off-trade marketing strategies are aligned with objectives and targets with evaluation of its effectiveness.
• Develops promotion, activation and visibility plans with defined calendar by brand and channel
• Develop consumer promotion mechanics, execute, monitor, and evaluate its effectiveness in the Off-Trade Channel

• Development of multi touch point shopper marketing initiatives and campaigns based on shopper insight and strong understanding of retailer strategy. Gain alignment with key internal stakeholders by defining and sharing.
• Work with agency teams in designing and reviewing messaging on shopper facing assets such as in-store displays, semi/permanent fixtures, shelf signage, retailer digital assets, new technologies, bonus packs, gift sets.
• Develop new POSM development, control and its deployment
• Manage POSM operating budget with effective allocation to each region to ensure efficient usage of resources with proper control and monitoring.
• Support the development of PICOS for all sub channels, alignment from relevant stakeholders, roll-out and implementation.
• Coordinate half yearly signage audit for the whole country for the purpose of prompt tax and license payment.
