• During my time at M&S Chiswick store, I was also in charge of selling online food orders. This consisted of explaining what food they preferred as well as paying for them.• Allocating their booking slots and organising their pick up was also my role. • Working in a head office store means that it is a unique show case store made as an example to the other stores, everything must be perfect. Which means, stock needs to be accurate and head of departments come down to the store on the daily basis to check if the right amount of stock has been delivered and which products has not been sent by the depot and improvements to be made in the future.
